Eleanors cuisine is served in an atmosphere reminiscent of Eleanor's very own great house dining room so that her legacy as the best cook in the Caribbean will never be forgotten. The enchanting, old-world charm of Eleanors captivates guests from the moment they walk through the doors. But it's the delectable cuisine inspired by this 18th century matriarch that leaves a lasting impression with a calypso of flavors such as Tamarind Grilled Beef Tenderloin (tamarind-infused red wine reduction), Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Caribbean Grilled Lobster, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, West Indian Curried Lamb, and Rasta Pasta (penne pasta tossed with chef's choice of vegetables, ackee, spinach, and coconut cream sauce).
