We traveled for the first time to Jamaica. The Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort was amazing. Let's start with the service. We had butler service, Kevoy and Monique top notch most attentive ever! The staff was the best. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Cooper and Rayo, were the best and took great care of us. The met all our needs, from coolers of drinks by the pool to restaurant reservations. We hope they will take care of us on our next visit. The food was very good at all the restaurants. Bombay and Thai offered authentic food. We have already booked for next year.

This was our second time at Sandals Royal Caribbean. I cannot say enough positive things about the resort and its staff. One person was nicer than the next. The variety of food and beverages is unparalleled. The rooms are ample and spacious. Butler and maid service were very attentive and never left us wanting for anything. We have left our deposit for our third trip in January 2026 and are very much looking forward to it.

The resort was wonderful and enjoyed our stay. Rosan was very pleasant and did a wonderful job making sure our room was cleaned and taken care of. We also did the butler service and would highly recommend. We would come back in the future and spend more time.

I spent 4 days at Royal Caribbean and had an amazing time. The villa I stayed at was pure luxury and worth the booking. The butlers (Paul and Demetra) were in it (I would request them again in the future). The resort overall is smaller than some of the other sandals locations, but still had plenty of beach, great dining, amazing service, and you could shuttle over to the nearby sandals resort (~10 minutes away).
