So this was my first time to Jamaica and this resort and it did not let me down. The food is amazing and the staff are all so friendly and patient. i really liked the room that we got it felt almost like home but not and personally i love that. The entertainment was really great by the theatre area but the rabbit hole was our favorite, our favorites was the new girl Toni-ann her personality is just so beautiful and her voice is amazing! we hope to see more of the awesome staff ...

The Butler service provided by Camiel and Debbie was amazing. We tasted food from 8 of 16 restaurants. The local Jamaican restaurant inside Sandals Ochi, Manor, was great. Valentino's made our top list, and the braised lamb from the French restaurant literally fell off of the bones. The photos that Alex took were wonderful, and I did not have on makeup! Sandals Ochi is on my return list as there are plenty of activities/ events that you may immerse yourself into.

It starts with your welcome, and you move into utopia. The staff was in tune with your every need. The premises are continuously maintained. The beachfront is long and wide enough for group or private sitting—and there are many pools! It is well worth the attainable cost. The food was readily available, any cruise, any dish - love The Jerk, South Table, and the Manor. There is seafood, Asian, and American food on-site too all day and night. The room service was timely, too...

This resort did not disappoint, as this was our first time to Jamaica, and also to a Sandals property. The staff were above and beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Want to give a shout out to a few people that really stood out: Ike our dive master was incredible - and his team-Dennis, Bancroft. The chef at the Manor was outstanding, Yannik! We were truly at home there. The staff was so sweet, thoughtful and accommodating. We had beautiful weather and the best butler's.
