- The Choice of Insider Reward is redeemable one-time per stay, per couple on the mobile app, and excludes split stays. The Spa credit is valid on spa & wellness services and excludes retail products, applicable taxes, tips and service charges. The Island Routes tour credit excludes the following services: Helicopter Transfers, Private Car Transfer, Charters, Airport Fast Track Services, Private & Bespoke Collection or Group Tours, Bahamas Swimming Pigs Tours, Shopping Tours, Rick’s Café Bus Tour and Sandals Foundation Tours. The credit is not combinable with other promotional credits or offers. If your reservation already has another credit, then you may book an additional spa treatment or tour.
- A complimentary 5x7 photo print or digital image of your choice while on resort. Not applicable to Weddings, Engagements, or other Photo Session images.
- The Insider Discount is redeemable for retail-only purchases at our Gift Shops, Watersports, Epix Photo Shop and towards specialty Candlelight Dinners. Standard Terms & Conditions apply.
- Cabanas are based on participating resorts and availability; please contact your Island Insider Concierge to make your reservation.
- The laundry credit may be applied to any item listed on the Laundry Service price list and is provided per stay. Split stays at the same resort are considered one continuous stay for the purpose of this benefit. The total laundry credit does not apply to services that must be outsourced. Any laundry charges exceeding the $200 USD credit will be billed to the member’s room account at standard rates.
