Wedding Essentials:

All Weddings are subject to the laws of the island and to Marriage License and Administration Fees, which vary by Island: $250 USD in Jamaica; $395 USD in Saint Lucia; $485 USD in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; $440 USD in Barbados; $500 USD in Antigua; $600 USD in the Bahamas; $535USD in Grenada; $690 USD in Turks & Caicos; $750 USD in Curacao (legal) or $400 USD (*symbolic) and must observe the respective island’s residency period; A late fee of $150 USD will apply for all documents received within 30 days prior to the arrival date (not available in Curacao) *Symbolic only available at Sandals Royal Curacao.

A non-refundable deposit of $250 USD is due when booking the wedding date and time with 50% of the invoice balance due 120 days prior to arrival and final invoice payment due 60 days prior to arrival at the resort.

Weddings and renewal of vow ceremonies occurring on Fridays and Saturdays attract an additional premium fee of $250 USD to be paid in full at time of booking.

Weddings and renewal of vows ceremonies occurring at Twilight (5:00 PM) attract an additional premium fee of $600 USD to be paid as a 50% deposit at time of booking.

Picturesque Ceremony venues are available at each resort. The following venues attract a premium fee as follows: Overwater Chapels ($750 USD) and Overwater Gazebos ($450 USD), Frank Warren Chapel at Sandals Montego Bay ($200 USD), Sky Terrace at Sandals Royal Barbados ($750 USD) and Old Quarry Golf Course at Sandals Royal Curacao ($750 USD) is based upon availability.

All Test-Drive Your Wedding rates are Per Couple/Per Night.

We offer 2 nights at $275 USD per couple per night at the following Sandals Resorts: Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals Negril, Sandals South Coast and Sandals Ochi Beach and 3 nights at Sandals Regency La Toc, Sandals Grande St Lucian, and Sandals Halcyon Beach.

Test-Drive Your Wedding for 2 nights at $325 USD per couple per night at Sandals Royal Plantation and $375 USD per couple per night at Sandals Royal Bahamian. Test Drive Your Wedding for 2 nights at $400 USD per couple per night at Sandals Dunns River. Test Drive Your Wedding for 3 nights at $300 USD per couple per night at Sandals Grande Antigua and Sandals Grenada. Test Drive Your Wedding for 3 nights at $350 USD per couple per night at Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados. Test Drive Your Wedding for 3 nights at $375 USD per couple per night at Sandals Emerald Bay and Sandals Royal Curacao. Test Drive Your Wedding for up to 3 nights at $450 USD per couple per night at Sandals Saint Vincent.

Couples who do not attend wedding preview with an onsite planner during their Test Drive will forfeit any Test drive credit that may apply.

Beaches:

All Test-Drive Your Wedding Rates are Per Couple/Per Night for 2 nights at a rate of $275 USD per couple per night at Beaches Negril and Beaches Ocho Rios, and $420 USD per couple per night at Beaches Turks & Caicos. Complimentary Wedding Package Offer:

The complimentary wedding package promotion is applicable to The Sweetheart Wedding Package when booking a 7-night stay or longer in a Club or Butler category and the wedding must occur between Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. The complimentary promotion is not combinable or transferable with other wedding packages. Renewal of vow celebrations are not eligible for this promotion.

The Sweetheart Wedding package includes the following floral elements: one white or magenta five-stem dendrobium orchid bouquet, single bloom white or magenta dendrobium orchid boutonniere, and two-tiered white fondant cake with white or magenta dendrobium orchid topper. *White Roses will be substituted at Sandals Royal Curacao only.

The Two Love Birds Package:

The Two Love Birds Package is only applicable for two (2) people and is available for Legal Weddings, Symbolic Ceremonies in Curacao, and Renewal of Vows Ceremonies. The package price is $1300 USD. The package does not include marriage license and administrative fees, which vary by island.  For the Two Love Birds Package, a deposit of $556 will be required at the time of booking.  Items not used within the package cannot be redeemed for cash or credit or transferred for other items.

The Sweetheart Wedding Package:

The Sweetheart Wedding Package is applicable for 1 – 5 rooms or 2 – 10 guests maximum.  This package is available every day for $1000 USD and is applicable to Legal Weddings, Symbolic Ceremonies in Curacao, and Renewal of Vows Ceremonies.   If redeemed as complimentary, Wedding must occur between Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm and is not applicable to Renewal of Vows Ceremonies.  The Package does not include Marriage License and Government Administrative Fees, which vary by island.  Included in this package is one white or magenta 5-stem dendrobium orchid bouquet and a single dendrobium orchid boutonniere, and a 2-tier white fondant wedding cake with white or magenta dendrobium orchid topper. $200 USD Epix Photography credit is applicable to all packages of 50 images or more. This option can only be applied pre-travel and prior to final payment.  Bride and Groom will each receive a 15% discount off one service per person towards select Red Lane Spa Services. Discount offer is not applicable towards bridal packages, salon services, retail products, nor couples massage services. The discount offer must be redeemed at time of travel, is non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. All spa services will be subject to a 15% service fee of the original value and must be paid at the time of service in the spa.

$100 USD credit can be applied towards either: I) A reserved pool cabana rental. Applicable only as credit towards purchase of a half-day or full day beach/pool cabana rental. Not available at Sandals Royal Bahamian, Sandals Emerald Bay, Sandals Grenada, and Beaches Turks & Caicos. This option can only be applied at the resort.  II) A PADI® Scuba Open Water Course, Discover Scuba Diving Course or SNUBA.  SNUBA available only at Sandals Ocho Rios, Sandals Negril, Sandals Royal Bahamian, Sandals Grenada, Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Royal Plantation, Sandals Royal Barbados, Sandals Barbados, Beaches Negril, Beaches Ocho Rios, Beaches Turks and Caicos. Must meet medical requirements to participate and is at the total discretion of the dive instructor.  The Bliss Wedding Package:

The Bliss Wedding Package is available for groups of 6 – 25 rooms or up to 50 guests. For 6 – 10 rooms or up to 20 guests a rate of $2500 USD will apply. For 11 – 20 rooms or up to 40 guests a rate of $3400 USD will apply, and for 21-25 rooms or up to 50 guests, a rate of $3850 USD will apply. For groups above 50 guests, each additional adult is $45, and at Beaches each additional child is $30. This package is available every day at price listed except Friday and Saturday, which attracts an additional premium fee of $250 USD and is applicable to Legal Weddings, Symbolic Ceremonies in Curacao, and ReTie the Knot Ceremonies.  The Package does not include Marriage License and Government Administrative Fees, which vary by island.  Included in this package is a rose bouquet for the bride and up to 1 member of the wedding party and a rose boutonniere for the groom and up to 1 member of the wedding party and a two-tiered white fondant wedding cake with a rose topper.   Bride and Groom and each of their guests will receive a 15% discount for one service per person off select Red Lane Spa Services. Discount offer is not applicable towards bridal packages, salon services, retail products, nor couples massage services. The discount offer must be redeemed at the time of travel, is non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. The Epic Wedding Package is available for groups of 26 – 70 rooms or up to 140 guests. For 26 – 35 rooms or up to 70 guests, a package price of $7600 USD will apply.  For 36 – 49 rooms or up to 98 guests, a package price of $10,120 USD will apply. For 50 – 70 rooms or up to 140 guests, a package price of $13,900 USD will apply. For groups above 140 guests, each additional adult is $90 USD, and each additional child is $50 USD.  This package is available every day at the prices listed except Friday and Saturday, which attracts an additional premium fee of $250 USD and is applicable to legal weddings and symbolic ceremonies in Curacao.  The Package does not include Marriage License and Administrative Fees, which vary by island.  Included in this package is a rose bouquet for the bride and up to 2 members of the wedding party and a rose boutonniere for the groom and up to 2 members of the wedding party and a three-tiered white fondant wedding cake with a rose topper.   Bride and Groom and each of their guests will receive a 15% discount for one service per person off select Red Lane Spa services. Discount offer is not applicable towards bridal packages, salon services, retail products, nor couples massage services. The discount offer must be redeemed at time of travel, is non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. All spa services will be subject to a 15% service fee of the original value and must be paid at the time of service in the spa. During wedding day preparations, a selection of small bites and sparkling wine will be provided for up to 10 guests, including the bride and groom (service for up to 2 rooms).  $500 USD Epix Videography credit is applicable towards The Ultimate Wedding Video Package and $500 USD Epix Photography credit is applicable towards The Royal Romance Package.  $100 USD credit can be applied towards the following:

I) A reserved pool cabana rental. Applicable only as part purchase of a half-day or full day beach/pool cabana rental. Applicable only where available. This option can only be applied at the resort. II) A PADI® Scuba Open Water Course, Discover Scuba Diving Course or SNUBA.  SNUBA is applicable where available. Must meet medical requirements to participate and is at the total discretion of the dive instructor. This option can only be applied at the resort. III) A Private Candlelight Dinner for two. This option can only be applied at the resort.  Items not used in the package cannot be redeemed for cash or credit or transferred to other items. This package includes DJ services for up to (2) two consecutive hours inclusive of sound system.

ReTie the Knot Package:

The ReTie the Knot package is available for $400 USD for all room categories, a non-refundable $250 deposit is due at time of booking. The ReTie the Knot package includes one white or magenta 3-stem dendrobium orchid bouquet and dendrobium orchid boutonniere, and a single-tier celebration cake plus additional amenities listed above. *White Roses will be substituted at Sandals Royal Curacao only. Maximum of (1) ReTie the Knot package per group.  Only available for ceremonies occurring between Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm and twilight for an additional fee of $600.

Free Honeymoon Package:

To redeem the free Honeymoon Package, fill out the online form available at http://www.sandals.com/honeymoons at least 30 days prior to your departure. Travel must take place within one year of your wedding date. To verify eligibility, you will be required to upload a copy of your marriage certificate or wedding invitation at the time of the request.

Free Anniversary Night:

Free Anniversary Night is valid for bookings made until further notice for travel now – until further notice within 30 days before or after wedding anniversary date. One anniversary night free with a minimum of seven (7) booked nights. This offer can only be redeemed once a year per couple and is ONLY available in the Club and Butler level room category. Proof of marriage license must be provided within fourteen (14) days of booking on the promotional registration page at https://www.sandals.com/anniversaries/ or https://www.beaches.com/anniversaries/ to qualify. Bookings will be adjusted to reflect the free night within 48–72 hours of receipt. This offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time and without prior notice. 6th, 10th or 12th Free Room Credit offer varies by travel date and resort.Blackout dates apply. A minimum of 3 paid nights is required. Offer is valid in all room categories at participating resorts except - Sandals Ochi is based on rooms booked in Riviera Bamboo Grove Premium category or higher and excludes all Overwater Bungalows and Villas. Valid on Group Code or Group Contract and maximum of 5 complimentary room credits per group. The value of the complimentary room credit is based on double occupancy, the lowest room rate and the shortest length of stay booked. Overwater Serenity Chapel

This wedding venue is available only at Sandals Montego Bay (capacity: 40 people), Sandals Ochi Beach Resort (capacity: 56 people), Sandals South Coast (capacity 50 people), Sandals Grande St. Lucian (capacity 40 people), Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (capacity 56 people), and Sandals Royal Bahamian (capacity 64 people) at a fee of $750 USD. Full payment is due at the time of booking for confirmation. This location is only available for wedding ceremonies taking place at 9AM, 11AM, 1PM, 3PM and at the twilight hour (Twilight hour is at an additional fee of $600 USD). Catholic ceremonies can only be held in the Overwater Serenity Chapel at Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals South Coast, and Sandals Ochi Beach Resort. Overwater Wedding Gazebos

Overwater Wedding Gazebos are available at Sandals Grande St. Lucian (capacity: 40 people), Sandals and Beaches Ocho Rios (capacity: 40 people) at a cost of $450 USD. Sky Terrace

This Sky Terrace wedding venue (capacity: 50 people) is available at Sandals Royal Barbados and is available for booking to neighboring guest staying at Sandals Barbados. Old Quarry Golf Course – Hole 1

Old Quarry Golf Course – Hole1 wedding venue (capacity: 50 people seated or 75 standing) is only available at Sandals Royal Curacao. This wedding venue can be reserved at a cost of $750 USD. Full payment is due at the time of booking for confirmation. For more information regarding this wedding venue please contact your wedding planner. 

Wedding Event Pass Policy:

A Wedding Event Pass for Adults is applicable for 5 consecutive hours. Access granted for arrival up to 1 hour prior to ceremony. Fees are per adult and vary by island. Please contact a wedding planner for pricing information.

Wedding Event Passes are intended for genuine guests and not third-party vendors/providers of services. Use of third-party vendors for services that are offered by Sandals and Beaches Resorts is strictly prohibited. In order to obtain resort access, Wedding Event Passes for offsite guests must be purchased through the wedding planner and can only be purchased 60 days prior to arrival. Wedding event passes for offsite guests not staying at a Sandals or Beaches Resorts will be limited to a maximum of 20% of the bride and groom’s total guest count.

Wedding and Renewal of Vow Cancellation Policy:

Final payment on wedding options is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival are fully refundable, except for non-refundable items including but not limited to certain deposits, administrative fees, custom third-party vendor items, external event suppliers and photography, entertainment, etc. All floral purchases are non-refundable or transferable if cancelled within 45 days of arrival. Cancellations made 44-31 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund, except for non-refundable items listed above. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are 100% non-refundable.

Third Party Vendor Policy: 

Use of third-party vendors for services that are not previously approved or are offered by Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts is strictly prohibited.

Free wedding package includes: one, five-stem fuchsia dendrobium bouquet, single bloom fuchsia dendrobium boutonniere, decorative centerpiece for head table which includes silver lantern filled with seashells and starfish, and two-tier white fondant cake with Fuchsia Dendrobium Orchid Blooms. *White Roses will be substituted at Sandals Royal Curacao only. Picturesque Ceremony Location excludes all Over-The-Water Chapels ($750 USD) and Over-The-Water Gazebos ($450 USD), Frank Warren Chapel at Sandals Montego Bay ($200 USD) and Old Quarry Golf Course at Sandals Royal Curacao ($750 USD) is based upon availability. 

Premium Perks:

· The Premium Perks is applicable only for new weddings of seven (7) paid nights or longer in all room categories booked June 1, 2019 until further notice for travel June 1, 2019 until further notice (no blackout dates). 

Each credit can only be redeemed for the specified category/item and must follow specific terms, is not transferable, and must be used at time of current travel.  All credits, with the exception of the $100 credit and the anniversary credit, must be redeemed prior to arrival at the resort. Please note the following details of the value for each credit:

o  Up to $500 credit can be applied towards the mandatory license and administrative fees. The maximum gift amounts that can be applied vary by island as follows: Jamaica - $95, Antigua - $288, Saint Lucia - $270, The Bahamas - $310, Grenada - $180, Barbados - $325, Turks & Caicos - $400 and Curacao $500 USD in Curacao (legal) or $400 USD (*symbolic).  This option can only be applied pre-travel and prior to final payment. * Symbolic only available at Sandals Royal Curacao

o   The $500 credit can be applied towards the bride and groom room upgrade and is applicable only to one room, does not include the Over-The-Water Villas and Bungalows, and is based on availability. This credit can only be applied pre-travel and prior to final payment. 

o   The $200 credit can be applied towards an Epix Videography Package or future anniversary stay. Videography packages include Signature, Premium and Ultimate Video Packages. This option can only be applied pre-travel and prior to final payment. Valid for return anniversary stays within two years after wedding date; Applicable only for bookings made at the resort Loyalty and Travel desk.

o   The $200 credit can be applied towards an Epix Photography Royal Romance Package or Luxe and Grande Photo Package. This option can only be applied pre-travel and prior to final payment.

o   The value of  $100 of the gift can be applied towards either;

i) A reserved beach/pool cabana rental. Applicable only as part purchase of a half-day or full day beach/pool cabana rental. Not available at Sandals Royal Bahamian, Sandals Emerald Bay, Sandals LaSource, and Beaches Turks & Caicos. This option can only be applied at the resort.

ii) A PADI® Scuba Open Water Course, Discover Scuba Diving Course or SNUBA.  SNUBA available only at Sandals Ocho Rios, Sandals Negril, Sandals Royal Bahamian, Sandals Grenada, Sandals Grande St.Lucian, Sandals Royal Plantation, Sandals Royal Barbados, Sandals Barbados, Beaches Negril, Beaches Ocho Rios, Beaches Turks and Caicos. Must meet medical requirements to participate and is at the total discretion of the dive instructor. iii) A Private Candlelight Dinner for two. This option can only be applied at the resort. 

Bells & Whistles: 

· Wedding or ReTie the Knot Groups must be booked through Unique Travel Corp. Groups Department via Contract or Group Code.

7) Rum and Game Night includes private event setup with Appleton Rum bar and card /board games setup.

8) Wedding Dinner event setup fees waived for all onsite guests and can take place on day of wedding only with the choice of specific menus – décor and entertainment available at additional cost. Lobster Dinner Menu available when in season. Wedding Day pass fees applicable for non–resort guests attending this function, inclusive of setup fee; Cocktail and Buffet enhancements not included.

9) $1000 Credit Toward Private Catamaran Cruise is only applicable to private chartered cruises / sailings offered through Island Routes Adventure Tours. Reservation must be confirmed through the wedding planner prior to arrival to apply this credit. Reservation not guaranteed until final payment.  Duration of the cruise is 2 or 3 hours (varies by island/resort) subject to maximum vessel capacity. Catamaran Cruise is subject to availability based on days of operation and due to sailing weather conditions. The catamaran cruise credit cannot be used towards any other excursion or for use with an unauthorized vendor.

10) Sweets & Sips Celebration. Available at select resorts.

11) Kiss Me At Twilight Package includes twilight hour ceremony time and a unity sand ceremony.

12) For 36+ Rooms, free honeymoon upgrade in entry level Love Nest Suite with Butler Service applicable for bride and groom at Sandals or Beaches Resorts, with the exception of Sandals Inn, Beaches Ocho Rios, and the Over-The-Water Villas and Bungalows. Love Nest Butler Suites are not combinable with any other Butler Upgrade promotion. Group must be a minimum of 36 paid rooms with a contract. Maximum of 6 complimentary upgrade nights to a Love Nest Suite will be provided for bride and groom – additional nights can be added at prevailing rate. The ReTie the Knot package is available for $300 USD for all room categories. The ReTie the Knot package includes a 3-stem fuchsia dendrobium orchid bouquet, single fuchsia dendrobium orchid bloom boutonniere, and a single-tier celebration cake plus additional amenities listed above. *White Roses will be substituted at Sandals Royal Curacao only. ReTie the Knot package is complimentary for groups of 5 paid rooms or more; based on double occupancy. $300 USD fee will be adjusted 45 days prior to arrival for contract groups and group code bookings. Free Honeymoon Package:

To redeem the free Honeymoon Package, fill out the online form available at http://www.sandals.com/honeymoons at least 30 days prior to your departure. Travel must take place within 30 days of your wedding date.To verify eligibility, you will be required to upload a copy of your marriage certificate or wedding invitation at time of the request.

Free Anniversary Night:

Free Anniversary Night is valid for bookings made between June 17, 2020 until further notice for travel now – until further notice within 30 days before or after wedding anniversary date. 6th or 12th Free Room Credit offer varies by travel date and resort. A minimum of 3 paid nights required. This location is only available for wedding ceremonies taking place at 9AM, 11AM, 1PM, 3PM and at the twilight hour (Twilight hour is at an additional cost of $600 USD). Catholic ceremonies can only be held in the Overwater Serenity Chapel at Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals South Coast, and Sandals Ochi Beach Resort. Frank Warren Wedding Chapel

Old Quarry Golf Course – Hole 1

Old Quarry Golf Course – Hole 1 wedding venue (capacity: 60 people) is only available at Sandals Royal Curacao. This wedding venue can be reserved at a cost of $600 USD. Wedding Pass Policy:

Effective September 1, 2023, a Wedding Event Pass for Adults is applicable for 5 consecutive hours.  A Wedding Event Pass for Children ages 2-15 is applicable for 5 consecutive hours. Access granted for arrival up to 1 hour prior to event between 8am – 4pm. A Full Day Wedding Event Pass for Adults is applicable from 10 am – 2 am. Fees are per adult and vary by island. Please see the planning and pricing guide for all Wedding Event Pass Fees. 

Wedding Event Passes are intended for genuine guests and not third-party vendors/providers of services. Use of third-party vendors for services that are offered by Sandals and Beaches Resorts is strictly prohibited. In order to obtain resort access, Wedding Event Passes for offsite guests must be purchased through the wedding planner and can only be purchased 60 days prior to arrival. Wedding event passes for offsite guests not staying at a Sandals or Beaches Resorts will be limited to a maximum of 20% of the bride and grooms total guest count.

Wedding Surcharge :

Effective for new wedding bookings made beginning June 1, 2023, until further notice, a $250 USD wedding surcharge is applicable to wedding ceremonies taking place on Friday or Saturday. The surcharge is due in full at the time of booking the wedding date and time in addition to any other required deposits and fees. Not applicable to ReTie the Knot ceremonies.

Wedding and ReTie the Knot Cancellation Policy :

Final payment on wedding options is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival are fully refundable, except for non-refundable items including but not limited to certain deposits, administrative fees, custom third-party vendor items, external event suppliers and photography, entertainment, etc.  Floral Purchases are non-refundable or transferable if cancelled within 45 days of arrival. Cancellations made 44-31 days prior to arrival will receive of 50% refund, except for non-refundable items listed above. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Third Party Vendor Policy: 

Use of third-party vendors for services that are not previously approved or are offered by Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts is strictly prohibited.
