Cancellation policy for a Package of Services

We ask that you kindly notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 100% of the value of the service will be non-refundable if less than 24 hours is given for the cancellation.

Cancellation Penalties

Cancellation more than 24 hours’ notice full refund.

Cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a penalty of 50% of package price.

Disclaimers

1.       Guests will receive chocolate upon arrival.

2.       Add-on Package is only redeemable on resort and must be taken during the qualifying stay.

3.       Resort Sales Desk will coordinate with guests on date of preference and location for services to be redeemed.

4.       Amenities can be changed for a similar priced amenity if guest cannot participate due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.       Champagne will be chilled and presented in a wine bucket and delivered to location selected by guests such as in-room, in-restaurant, with candlelight dinner or any other location within reason.

6.       Coastal Cruise is approximately 2 hours including embarkation and disembarkation.

7.       Guests will each receive a choice of a 30-minute Foot or Scalp massage.

8.       At Beaches, guests under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for the 30-min massage

9.       A Photographer will be assigned to capture elements of the package from the in-room setup of the chocolate, Coastal Cruise embarkation and disembarkation and Spa Day.

10.       Guests will receive a printed Romance Vacation Book with 30 digital images of the activities captured.

11.   Package exceptions will only be made on a case-by-case basis.

12.   Package is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.
