ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
This resort has 2 accessible rooms. Both rooms are in the Palms Building on the 2nd floor with elevator access. One room is a Club Level GBT (Beachfront Grande Luxe Club Level Junior Suite w/tranquility soaking tub) while the other room is a Butler OBT (Beachfront One-Bedroom Butler suite w/tranquility soaking tub).

BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Both rooms are tailored to provide complete comfort for guests. They feature a lower bed, a lower bathroom counter and mirror, roll-in shower with handheld portable shower head. Benches can be provided on request. The public restrooms in the lobby have been tailored to accommodate persons who may have a mobility-related disability.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE RESTAURANTS:
All restaurants are accessible except for Cucina Romana.

Four standard wheelchairs and one beach wheelchair are available for guest use.

GENERAL:

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
Two rooms (PRR) that can accommodate wheelchairs.

BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Wheelchairs can enter bathrooms. Bathtubs have handrails.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE RESTAURANTS:
Le Terrace.

ON-SITE WHEELCHAIR(S):
One standard wheelchair and two beach wheelchairs available for guest use.

GENERAL:
This resort includes steps leading to the beach, the pool, and the French Restaurant, making it challenging for guests who use a wheelchair or who have mobility issues.

Nassau, Bahamas

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
Five rooms (WJS & HG) have doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs.

BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Rails are in bathrooms and all rooms have teak benches in the bathrooms. Of the five rooms, four have wheelchair accessible shower stalls and one room has a tub.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE RESTAURANTS:
All restaurants are wheelchair accessible except Royal Café and Schooners.

ON-SITE WHEELCHAIR(S):
Four standard wheelchairs and one beach wheelchair available for guest use.

GENERAL:
Windsor Beach is accessible as there is a ramp leading down to it. Access to the Offshore Island is difficult for people with mobility-related disabilities as this involves getting in/out of the boats.

Castries, Saint Lucia

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
None; however, guests can be accommodated on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Esperance and Choiseul buildings in the following categories: CBW, WEBT, HOW, WJST, GB, LO, HL, and BL.

BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Guests using a wheelchair can access the bathroom, however, there is not much space available in the bathroom for maneuvering.

Negril, Jamaica

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
Six (6) rooms: 

• Four  WB rooms – 1st floor, beachside of the Paradise building (built-in ramps at the front door; no ramps at slide door facing the beach. An additional ramp can be provided upon request.
• One LX – 1st floor, garden side of a Longshore building - entrance not raised.
• One WGBT – 1st floor, beachside of a Longshore building (built-in ramp at the pathway to door) – door entrance 2 inches high.
• All rooms have doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs; lowered beds and tea stations/ minibars.

BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Shower stalls are wheelchair accessible; grab bars next to the toilet and in shower stalls; lowered sinks. Benches and raised toilet seats can be provided upon request.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE RESTAURANTS:
All restaurants can accommodate guests with mobility-related disabilities.

• Kimonos – no ramp at the entrance but floor height approximately 1⁄2 inch.
• Barefoot by the Sea (restaurant in the sand) – no beach wheelchair necessary; standard wheelchairs can be used to dine at a table along the sides).

ON-SITE WHEELCHAIR(S):
Five standard wheelchairs and one beach wheelchair available for guest use. Motorized scooters are available for rent.

GENERAL:
Almost all of the resort grounds are wheelchair accessible, with most of the land being flat.
Three of our buildings have elevators:

• The Sundowner – giving access to all Swim-Up Suites (1R) and Penthouses (P1);
• The Longshore (garden side) – provides access to 32 of our 36 LX rooms and 4 of the 16 1B (2 story loft suites).
• The (RJ) have limited wheelchair access – no ramps but no steps at the entrance; a portable ramp can be requested. No access to (PS) as they are only accessible by a flight of stairs. A few rooms on the beachside of Longshore buildings have limited access (no steps at entrance). These ocean view club level rooms and butler suites are entered via 3-4 steps (WGBT) or a flight of stairs (GBT & 1B). The HB rooms on the Paradise Building are also only accessible by stairs. Half of our HS rooms are on the ground floor (no ramp but a low step at the entrance) while half are on the second floor with only stairs to access them.

St. John's, Barbados

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
There are two VS rooms with accessibility features. Room doors and bathroom doors are wide enough for wheelchairs.

Santa Barbara, Curaçao

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
This resort has 7 ADA rooms in the following room categories: CS1B (1), WBC (2), BC (1), WCCO (2) & WMJS (1).

BATHROOM FACILITIES:
All ADA bathrooms have a wheelchair-accessible shower. Bathrooms also feature roll-in showers, with shower rails and handle by toilets. In rooms 2201 WCCO & 3204 WMJS, bathrooms feature a shower stool, while room 3204 also features a lower shower head and vanity. There are 2 ADA bathrooms at both extensions of the Lobby (West and East) that provide extra space, making it easy for wheelchairs to roll in. The beach club bathroom features one ADA area.

GENERAL:
This resort is semi-accessible friendly. The resort features 3 guest elevators, one by the Sunchi Building, one by the Carisia Building, and the last one in the Subi building. Guests in a wheelchair can easily access the quiet pool opposite the Red Lane^® fitness center. Guests staying in the MeleMele building can also easily access the pool in this area.

St. George's, Grenada

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
Although none of our main room doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs; ramps can be provided to allow access to some Villa category rooms through double patio doors.

BATHROOM FACILITIES:
A bath bench and handheld shower can be provided.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE RESTAURANTS:
Vista Gourmet/Sky Terrace and Reef Terrace are the only restaurants that can be easily accessed for guests using wheelchairs.

Two standard wheelchairs are available for guest use.

GENERAL:
This property will pose challenges for guests using wheelchairs or guests who have difficulty with stairs. The beach is accessible via a bus to the Ochi Beach Club or via stairs to the Riviera Seaside beach.

Rooms have wheelchair accessible shower with grab bars next to the toilet and shower; shower benches are available upon request. Bathrooms also have extended shower head and lowered bathroom features such as towel racks, faucets, and sinks.

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS:
Two designated rooms (2 1Bs) have doors wide enough for wheelchair access. Additionally, the rooms have wheelchair level peepholes and lowered night latches.

BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Doors are wide enough for wheelchairs and shower benches, grab rails, extended showerheads, and raised toilet seats are in both accessible rooms. The 1B rooms have lowered faucets/sinks and roll-in showers for wheelchairs.

The resort is very accessible to guests who may have mobility-related disabilities. It has minimal amounts of elevation changes, enabling wheelchairs and scooters to have access to all areas on the property (including the beach) via walkways and ramps where necessary.

Access to the Private Offshore Island & Over-the-Water-Villa and Bungalows may be difficult for guests with mobility-related disabilities as this involves getting in/out of boats.
